FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its obligations hereunder if performance is delayed due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including (but without limitation) acts of war, terrorism and/or civil unrest; failure by a third party supplier in relation to the provision of equipment, data or personnel; natural disasters and/or major accidents; severe technical problems with our computer systems.

WAIVER

If at any time either Hyper Casino shall have waived one or more Defaults or failures hereunder it does not mean that other defaults or failures will also be waived.

AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS

Hyper Casino may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, but your continued use of the Services constitutes an acknowledgment by you of such modifications.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms constitute a complete agreement between Hyper Casino and each User.No modification or addition hereof shall be binding unless in writing signed on behalf of both parties.
